Still no ability for Siri to give directions to app without shortcuts which is the case for Google maps snd Waze, there is also no Verbal lane guidance like ‘ be in 2nd lane from left’. I like the display , traffic data pretty good, and routing good. But without Siri direction and lverbslnlsnd guidance, the best this app can be is a backup. About a year ago I understand Siri integration was in Beta testing) hopefully not Siri Shortcuts). I have about 40 destinations I routinely go to snd trying to have 40 shortcuts is non productive. I can simply tell Siri to get me directions on Apple Maps, Google maps and Waze .

I love TomTom go but this app doesn’t support Arabic street names, and POIs needs to be updated many pois not found in the app

I said it is very good, not great, I have owned a few of the TomTom navigation devices and one in dash navigation by Sony and I really liked those because of the colorful maps, this mobile version lacks some of the features on those devices and that is why I would only give four stars. Just FYI. I also own a Garmin in dash navigation by KENWOOD, I like TomTom better.

My biggest complaint is searching offline does not show as many point of interest results as a search when online. Even if I have the map saved offline it appears either it is not saving all of the points of interest offline or it is but the offline search isn’t working how it should. This should be fixed so we can use this app offline completely. Already tried reaching out to customer service about it so I hope they will consider this and make all POIs available offline. Also please consider adding the option to Update Maps from CarPlay!
  • Subscription

I am tired of subscriptions especially if they are tied to fees. I would of loved to try out Tom Tom (I was one of the first back in the day) but the whole thing about a trial period and then a small monthly fee sent red flags up for me. I had too many monthly subscriptions that I seldom used and don’t want to get back into that habit. Why would I buy a subscription when there are so many for free that work perfectly fine. The only reason that I’m writing a non review is to let the developers know why I don’t want to try their product. I am turning subscriptions off not on. I want to own not rent. Hope this helps to understand where some people are coming from. Maybe one day I’ll try it but until then keep working on it.

Why don’t you tell people the cost of using the app after the free trial, if people don’t like the cost it saves time and space not installing and deleting it.
  • Don’t Get The Interface

No very intuitive, in my opinion. Perhaps a Rumble video demonstration & best practices channel makes sense…
  • Annoying messages popping out in CarPlay

One month or so before a subscription renewal this app has to bug me every single day on the CarPlay screen to check my renewal status, this while completely locking up the carplay screen. This means opening the app on the phone and checking a stupid button. By the way, I have an automatic renewal so why the app is reminding this? Once this problem is fixed this is IMHO the best in class navigator.

I’ve already subscribed and purchased but every time I load it on car play it says I need to subscribe soon. Please fix
