    Extremely bad company. They hold driver money for ever. There Drivet rate is so cheap. Even they charge the rider so much money but they Use the driver. And very bad communication with the office people. Not recommend for riders or drivers

    Iā€™ve been driving for Uber & Lyft for over 3 years & have 4.92 & 5 stars, respectfully. I wanted to add Opoli but 1. Thereā€™s no FAQ for drivers on their website or in the app (unless thereā€™s one after I register & Iā€™m not signing up blindly) & 2. These reviews are up to FIVE years old & not ONE has a response from the company. That tells me they donā€™t really care about the drivers at all. šŸ˜” Oh, & the ā€œgoodā€ reviews are so OBVIOUSLY fake itā€™s hilarious! šŸ¤£ Iā€™ll pass. šŸ™„

  • Does not work properly for registering

    Iā€™ll delete this review when this is fixed. Iā€™ve been trying to register for a few days. It gives me the message ā€œlocation requiredā€ yet the app does not show in my setting for ā€œlocation servicesā€ and ā€œlocation servicesā€ is generally on. I cannot proceed.

    They take almost 40% from total amount. To get good rides you need to know one of those unhelpful dispatchers I hope one it the managers read my review.

    A 1 mile ride on Opoli is $14 while only $5 on Uber or Lyft. Don't see this company succeeding if they can't be competitive.

    This app doesn't account time or miles, therefore some costumers try to cheat the driver throw this bad app and provide deferent drop off location
