    Really didn’t want to have to make this review, but my issues have fallen on deaf ears. Returned to the app after a short hiatus, after purchasing the subscription. I continued my plan, but noticed that the app started to display every day as rest-day. I could still use the in-app workouts, but I could no longer track my daily workouts as intended. I don’t know if it’s a bug or an issue that can be resolved, but I’ve reached out to the customer support team through the contact us button multiple times now and have yet to receive a response. It’s disappointing, because I like this app, and think that it can do some good. But the lack of customer support over several weeks has left me frustrated with my purchase. Don’t buy their subscription plan if you want in-app support

    I wish that it would keep track of your fasting during the day. I did 21 hours and it only kept up three hours during the whole 21 hours of the fasting. So I started using my own timer on my clock. I think with the problem is is when your phone shuts down fasting clock because I know I got the whole 21 hour fasting and not just three hours

    I’ll be using this app for like a week and I can see some changing happening to me my first day I didn’t see anything and then my first week I start seeing some stuff I can see I can see what I want so I think is good I don’t think I know

    I’m very very out of shape and have trouble with motivation. This has been helpful! I am feeling accomplished and after just a few days experiencing more energy and optimism. I started with beginner a day. I felt sore for 3 days. Doing different workouts helps.
