  • So sick of the updates!

    Every time the app updates, my classes stopped getting checked of as “Taken”. So I’ll filter through “Not Taken” and classes in my workout history will be there! I’ve uninstalled and re-installed this app so many times to “fix” it. This time the re-installation didn’t even work! Why won’t it just function properly??

  • Design Issues - Search

    Please restore the search functionality on the Bike app to what is was over a year ago. You have cause more steps to find the class you want all in an attempt to match how the search performs on other platforms. Also, please provide the ability to save searches or last search. People have preferred instructors and you know that based on the stats you collect. Or better yet, you need to have an option to exclude classes based on instructors, minutes, etc. and the especially ability to exclude themes….you needed to include a filter condition for themes that people are not interested in and avoid…..look at the stats you collect. L
  • Class Completion

    When you are done with a class and put in your rating it forces you to see workout to exit app and get to Home Screen to take another class. Should be a button after you rate class >submit>exit without forcing me to view and then start over to next class in my stack or if I just want to go to another class…lots of steps

    I’m only a few days but I love the flexibility and support and sooooooo many choices!! I get to shop and choose the perfect workout and time to do it everyday! No fitting into someone else’s schedule or level of intensity.

    Recently I discovered that my health insurance offers a membership to Peloton for free, so I signed up. Why not? I had nothing to lose and I’ve always been curious about it. I can’t tell you how great a resource this has been for me and my fitness journey. When I can’t motivate myself to go to the gym or get outside for a walk, it’s easy to talk myself into a 20 minute workout in my own living room. I feel stronger and I’m learning so much. The instructors are super fun and informative and as a beginner in most fitness activities, I’ve been loving the different program offerings for beginners. I’m currently in the middle of the beginner strength training program. I took off a star only because it’s a bit of a pain to get to my program workouts on my Roku app. There’s no place for me to see what programs I’m enrolled in or what classes I need to take next. So every time I want to do a program workout on my tv, I have to start it on my phone, pause it, then find the workout on my “recent classes” list. If there could be another easier way to navigate the programs on my tv, that would be amazing and I’d raise my rating to five stars! Either way, I’m grateful for this resource and I’ll definitely be a long time subscriber regardless of my health insurance. Thank you!
