    The app is not working try to open the app click start and it just goes black screen uninstalled reinstalled restarted phone nothing is working two days in a row now guys this is ridiculous
  • Disappointing consistency

    3 of 6 workouts don’t show heart rate in the workouts tab per week. No rhyme or reason when receiving a strive score or not. Workouts play double audio from my phone and on my watch causing me to be locked out for streaming on too many devices. I had 7 10min workouts play back to back from my watch which isn’t even supposed to be possible without starting on the phone app. I’ve updated my phone and watch, so the app seems to be the peloton app seems to be denominator. Small pet peeve outside of the bugs, the App Store shows the Apple Watch displaying mileage on the heart rate screen. Would be great if that was a feature coming up. Today, it doesn’t exist.
  • Issues connecting Apple Watch to outdoor workouts

    Very frustrating how in the past few weeks the Peloton app cannot connect to the Apple Watch correctly to record workouts. It seems to work when on WiFi, but that isn’t not helpful when kicking off say an outdoor run outdoors where there is no WiFi. Please fix as this has become unusable.

    I did CrossFit for 10 years and could never find anything that gave me that drive it love. I got a peloton bike and supplemented it when I could not make it to CrossFit . Then with 3 kids I had no time to make it to the gym. I ended up trying everything on the app. And I am obsessed with it. I was able to leave CrossFit and workout at home now. It gives me such an amazing workout with the drive that CrossFit gave me. I think it is the best at home platform you could have and affordable!

    Every time there’s an app update pushed out, the complication falls off the face of my watch. It’s extremely annoying and frustrating.

    When it comes to fitness apps, Peloton is top of class. From cycling to running, stretching, and bootcamp, the platform continues to outshine competitors. (I’ve been a member for 5+ years.) App improvements I’d love to see: • Picture-in-picture capability, so the video is viewable even when using other apps. • Filter “save” settings. I often use the same filters to find classes (i.e. sorting by time, music type, “not taken”). Would love a way to save these filters for future use.

    Can you please split beginner and advanced bargainer classes? It’s very frustrating using the beginner filter just to scroll through a bunch of advanced beginner classes I am not looking for when looking for running classes. Thank you
  • Outdoor Running Information Incorrect

    Overall I really enjoy the app but the outdoor tracking for when you run has not been correct for a long time. My pace looks right but my miles are always low. The mathematics don’t add up so I’m not sure how the information is connecting. For example, I’ll have an 9 minute min/mi pace, duration of 45 minutes but I only ran 3.5 miles when it should be 5. How it knows my pace correctly and not my mileage is confusing to me. If I also look at my phone while I run, the app will say I stopped moving. The nike run app works so much better, the tracking information is correct and it keeps me informed through my headphones of my pace and mileage as I run. I’ve contacted Peloton twice about the incorrect tracking issue and it still hasn’t been fixed. Would love to keep my workouts and runs all in the same place but for now I’ll have to use different apps.

    They don’t require their trainers to be CPTs, and none of the spin instructors hold the credentials you should be looking for. Work out in a private studio with a professionally certified trainer instead. You’ll get hurt far less often and get actual competent guidance.
  • Heart Rate Not Showing in App
