Worst App in OTT platforms

You are charging $55 yearly for subscription. The app is different in Mobile phone and TV. It won’t show the profiles properly or casting doesn’t go to next episode. Scrolling is bad. If you need developers let me know if you need more Developers. I can work for free and make it more way to cleaner app. If this continues may be its better we cancel it.

My wife and I have spent way to too much time to cancel this subscription. First I tried from iPhone subscription. It says cancelled but it’s still showing up on my bank statements. There is not proper phone or email to reach zee5. I mean seriously

I went to my Apple subscription to cancel this and it’s not there. Zee5 is keep charging me for subscription for last few months. HOW DO I CANCEL IT ???

Just bought an Annual 4K Premium pack and the crappy ott works only on ONE device. Cheats.

They are charging me for a service I don’t even have on my account I have tried to unsubscribe and I’m doing thru this pain for months. Don’t make the same mistake.

Using the ZEE5 for almost two years now. Had few glitches but mostly worked fine. From last few weeks app is not showing my subscription even though I have valid subscription from Apple. Sent email to support but no one bothered to reply back.
