    I have been using Rakuten for over six months and I like it but I have had a lot of issues with my cash back not showing up and I keep having to request/report it or I just say forget it. Also needs to have more options for in store shopping the selection is not the best there’s only like 3 no more than 4 that I use 90% of the ones that are listed are not even in my area.

    Rakuten is one of my favorite cash back apps. I have been using them for years and have made $673.23 to date by simply checking out through their app or website. For last week or so I’m having terrible logging in, did you guys do a recent update?? It tells me my account is not available and you contact customer support but I can’t contact anyone because I can’t sign in. Please help!

    The app usually couldn’t catch the order placed, and after contacting the customer service, they a lways find a reason not to approve any cash back. Quantity 2 was considered to be bulk order and I couldn’t get the cash back. What kind of cash back is it? especially the customer service called Lauren P. She always can find a way to reject your cash back no matter what.
