Controls+ for iTunes, Display & Timer in Menu Bar

This looks like a good app, if you were running outdated software. The iTunes controls will not control the Music app. Don't waster your buck, if you are current with MacOS.

Wish I'd read all the other reviews before purchasing.

i purchased this app to set time to start and stop playing music on iTunes. if you are also loking to purchase this app for that reason pls don’t, they dont have that feature.

I might like it if it ever did anything.

I have my audio output going through both my Bose Soundlink via bluetooth and my Macbook speakers. When you do this you loose the abilitiy to control the iTunes volume via keyboard keys or the the default volume slider. You must either go back to iTunes or into Audio MIdi Setup. This app filled the bill and it is very easy to adjust volume now from the menu bar. Album artwork does not show up for iTunes music though. Not a big deal for me. It would also be nice to be able to scrub. So glad I found this app!

I purchased this as a sleep timer for iTunes, if that is what you are looking for then forget this app.

Thanks to the devs for creating an easy way to control iTunes from the menu bar! I don’t like having to flip desktops to get to iTunes just to turn the volume down when connected to AirTunes speakers. This app solves that problem and the extra features are just the cherry on top. There are two things I would love to see: 1) The ability to see track runtime and be able to scrub (same way iTunes does) 2) The option to have everything the program has to offer on one page, instead of broken up by tabs The second one is just a minor detail, but the first one would be awesome to see in a future update. This app look cool from start but turns out to be crap. it is buggy and the flashlight just puts a white screen up it doesnt raise the brightness like it should. the settings tab is also misleading because I thought it meant computer settings WHICH IT SHOULD BE. there should be settings for wifi, bluetooth, etc. in other words, IT SHOULD BE LIKE THE REAL CONTROL CENTER. I dont know why i just wasted my money on this app when apple will probably come out with one in the next OS X.

This app makes it so easy to listen to music, set a timer, and change wallpaper. I love this app. It's definitely worth the cost, and I already use it every day. I'd really recommend this app to everyone.

Great concept! The brightness works awesome on Mac displays (not third-party), and iTunes is a cool feature. The flashlight needs some support, the timer/stopwatch are flawless. Just a few fixes needed: Brightness: •Sync with actual brightness of Mac: --If I used the keyboard shortcut to adjust brightness, the slider in Controls+ doesn't budge. •Overall great! Flashlight: •When you turn on the flashlight, maximize brightness: --When the 'flashlight' feature is on, can you also make the brightness as high as possible (why have a super dim flashlight) iTunes: •ESSENTIAL FEATURE MISSING: You need a slider to seek throught the song: --Sometimes, you want to listen to a specific area of a song. So you need the slider to move through the song! •Volume: Fantastic, just sync it with the actual volume: --If I used the keyboard shortcut to adjust volume, the slider in Controls+ doesn't budge. •Artwork: Great, I saw that a small portion on the bottom of the artwork was cut off in Controls+. •Maybe an 'Open iTunes' bar would be appropriate? Timer/Stopwatch: •No doubt about it, flawless! •Maybe like the Clock app in iOS, you can have the actual time in several places? (The places can be set in the Settings section of Controls+) Settings: •As I said above to Timer/Stopwatch, set the areas you'd want real time for. •Overall cool. In all, This is a definitely awesome tool. It is, finally, 'Control Center for Mac'. I hope that these bugs and features get added and fixed. The concept is awesome. Thanks for this app!
