    The previous version where the screen was stationary was fine. I now have to move an even smaller screen around multiple times to see merchandise specifics. If you know anything about Gemporia you know that it is an auction site, and auctions move fast. Therefore, it delays my ability to bid on an item causing me to miss out. Other bugs included in the “new upgrade” are when you are watching the gems channel and purchase something it defaults back to the main channel. I’ll stop there because I don’t even know how to explain the numerous bugs I’ve encountered just today. I am a huge Gemporia fan. So my negative review is strictly directed at the mobile app. I give the actual company 5+ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

    While I like the premise of this app, it comes with too many problems, especially when it has too be updated. Every time they try to update and improve this app it takes weeks sometimes to work out the bugs. While that is fine for the IT team, when you’re looking to see what items you have bought, in your “my jewelry” section and it has trouble downloading your items, this is very frustrating. Too many times I’ve had to delete the app and then reinstall it. Why is this necessary? Very frustrating

    Love, Love, Love their jewelry!! I have bought from all the others, but nothing compares to Gemporia! I don’t want simulated gemstones and Gemporia offers the real deal at prices the others offer the fake stuff. Yes the app has issues. I wanted the US price, however it would always revert back to UK. But, I shop here for the jewelry screw the app!!

    A great company to order from. Very knowledgeable presenters who make you feel at home. Gem Quality is excellent. I have been able to learn a tremendous amount of information about gems their origin and the people who mine them . The work that Steve does with the families of the mine workers to help them learn to better their lives is incredible. There should be more companies like this one in the world!     Gemporia is a wonderful way to buy jewelry I love their beautiful and amazing variety of stones. And their prices are the best, also love that they let you return everything your not happy with not just their more expensive items. I have had problems with the app. It tends to freeze up when you try to buy or when you put a certain size ring in your basket and they are out of that size it will not let you go back and order a different size ring. Thank You for a wonderful jewelry shopping experience Gemporia!!!

    This app is horrifically slow. Doesn't matter if you are trying to display past auction items, or just trying to see the current one. I deleted it and just order via the page on a browser, though the menu link to get to the auction has been broken for days now. :-( It's too bad they don't have better programmers. Love their jewelry, though.
