    I was charged on September 4th, even though I canceled my subscription on August 30th. I would like a full refund.

    I chose the $.49 option to send a one time fax. They instead INSTANTLY charged me $11.99 to send one (two-page) fax to a local number. I disputed the charge with Apple and was denied and asked to submit proof as to why it should be overturned. So I went back on the plan options screen to screenshot the $.49 option that I was lured with and WHAAADA ya know …..its gone. You guys were wrong for that. That was a very deceptive practice. I’m not quite sure what your little app did to be able to omit that option from me upon return, but it was most certainly there prior. It was most certainly the option that I chose. You all instead charged me for what YOU wanted to charge me for and changed the chosen plan on my behalf, and removed any ability for me to prove it. Crazy thing is the fax was actually sent successfully. I mean it’s very annoying though because it was NOT that important of a fax. I would’ve never opted to spend $12 to send it. With this type of behavior, this app won’t be around for long. Not cool guys….not cool at all.

    This is a really excellent app if you need to get a fax or several faxes out.Its really simple to use and you get to try it out for a week for only .49 cents then you could cancel but if you like easy faxing and do it often this is your app for you.You can fax from nearly anywhere on your iPhone. But just keep your valuables near you while doing its thing in a few seconds.I 😍 love it!! After your .49 cent trial it’s just $11.99 a week until you plan to cancel in the settings they have for you.Also how many of you got a bad fax?This lets you adjust the ink too to make your fax 🤩 perfect.Have fun people.

    This app, based out of Barcelona, does not have an easily accessible subscription fee schedule posted on their app. Other than the 7 day free trial posted on their ad, you can't find out what they are until after you use it for the first time, then decide if you want to subscribe to their services. From my research upon discovering this info, so far I've found that, as with most everything, Fax apps rates vary from $40 to $240 annually, with cheaper/shorter options as well as a 7 day free trial. Whatever the developer's reason is to adopt not being upfront with their fee schedule is poor business practice. Why take a chance on this one since there's others that are transparent and make their fee schedules readily available?

    I wish I could have picked a subscription plan before I was automatically charged $36 for a year subscription. I will keep the service, but this is not a transparent customer service tactic.

    Fedex fax set ups would not work for faces to Germany even though they give directions for international faces. Staff had no idea why the faxes would not go through and offered no assistance to contact HQ for troubleshooting! Went to my car and found Faxer and within ( minutes, my fax to medical clinic in Germany was sent and delivered. Never again will I try FedEx. No need and it’s much cheaper! What a fabulous tool and how pathetic was FedEx service!! Thank you Faxer!!!

    I tried sending something through the app and I’ve been waiting for 40 minutes now and it just says it’s sending but won’t load anything else. By the time they resolve the issue it was too late. I already paid for another app called fax that worked pretty quick and efficiently. It just cost more which was $10. I don’t know why they are still trying to charge me to use the app when it never worked for me and it never got the job that I needed to get done, I want a refund because I already payed more for another app.

    I had terrible experience with this app. After sending just one fax that wasn't received, I promptly deleted it. However, I recently discovered that they charged me nearly $110 without authorization.
