    My app also froze with the girl swinging. I also paid for no ads. I have checked for updates but have not seen any. Please fix this or give me my money back and respond quickly. This app has been frozen over two weeks. What are you doing about it?

    Game is fun but have run into a situation where it gets stuck. At the golden cup it says I am 3rd place claim prize then another screen pops up called ball blitz and no matter if I hit the x or play button it then goes a reward screen with tap to claim and nothing happens. Cannot go any further.

    I’d give the game five stars in a heartbeat bc I’m obsessed…EXCEPT…virtually all teams functionalities stopped working for me two weeks ago. In the effort to fix it, I was booted from my beloved team by the system, lost ALL my user data and progress (hundreds and hundreds of levels,) lost ALL in-app purchases and power-ups, and despite having repurchased everything and played 494 levels in a week, I STILL cannot access team functionalities. I’m so sad. Unfortunately, I reached out to support through the App Store days ago and have not heard back. I’m hoping to reach them this way. If they are able to get it fixed, I’ll be overjoyed…AND immediately adjust my star rating! ➕⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for a fun, beautiful and playable game where you need not buy your progress. ➖⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for the current mess. I keep downloading every update thinking it’s the patch. Help please! 🙏🙏

    Like the game but whenever the Solitaire Cash ad comes up it gets stuck in a loop and you lose out on the cash and have to restart game.
