  • Wrong App for E-Book

    Do not use this app for your McGraw-Hill Ebook for your course. This is the wrong app and will not let you sign in. You need to use “Read Anywhere” app by McGraw Hill. The app picture will have a blue background, with 3 squares…a large white one for the backdrop and a red small square inset on top a light blue in front of the white square. (Assuming it’s an artistic textbook).

    Spending as much as I have for the prices they charge on textbooks that proclaim that they work on an app but they don’t should be criminal. My account apparently doesn’t exist despite multiple confirmation screens stating it does. Get it together.

    I tried to log in so I could use my Anatomy Atlas on my ipad during lab instead of having to bring my laptop but apparently my account doesn’t exist (even though I’ve logged in on the website multiple times). I reached out to customer service for help with this issue and all they did was reset my password which did not work and I still can’t log in on the app. The second I mentioned needing help with the app the guy on the phone went silent for 5 minutes and then hung up on me, don’t bother reaching out to them for help.

    My account apparently doesn’t exist. It’s already infuriating that McGraw charges nearly $150 dollars for a RENTAL of DIGITAL book, but they make it such an obstacle to actually digitally access the book. Ironically , the book I need is on Business Ethics.

    Won’t allow login, was hopeful that this app would be resolved from pervious reviews. Looks like that can’t figure out how to make their content easily accessible even after a 140$ e-book.

    I downloaded this so it would be easier to use and connect to in class but it won’t let me log in even though I’m logged in on the website. Says my account information is wrong or doesn't exist but that’s wrong. Wouldn’t try it again just use a different app.

    Got the app to download my textbook, but it won’t let me sign in. It kept saying I didn’t have an account under my email when I do. I changed my password and everything, but the app still doesn’t recognize my email. Terrible app.
