    Some how I got logged off, when I go to try and log on again, I have to enter a 6 digit code from my email. Well I did and it invalid code. Can’t log back in. About done with this app and the school

    So In my class I tried logging into class dojo… and it said my code isn’t working? My mom got onto it! I’m not sure if my teacher switched the code. BUT OVERALL AMAZING APP

    It’s five stars because you get to see your child’s videos. If your child you get to see your videos it’s pictures and they have games for your child videos for your child. You can play with your child they can play with your classmates that’s why I love it so much.

    This app is mostly trash. I don’t understand how it has 4.9 stars, it has to be initial happiness because after it works properly for a day - nothing works properly. I’ve contacted customer service multiple times but it does nothing. “Oh, you just need to turn your notifications on.” I did that. “Ok, then refresh the app”. Did that. “Ok, try deleting and redownloading.” Did that too. “Then log out and log back in.” Yup, been done. This is supposed to be an app to make communication easier with your child’s teacher and I am constantly having to apologize because I am missing important messages. My notifications never ever ever pop up. “Oh, well you should still be getting an email every time.” Do you know how many emails I get a day? I’m not going to check it every 5 seconds to see if I get one from Dojo. Just make the doggone app work and make the notifications happen EVERY TIME SO I CAN ACTUALLY SEE WHAT’S GOING ON WITH MY CHILDREN.
