    Currently trying to cancel subscription. I went online and the web and could not cancel subscription

    They have great shows and stuff available, don’t get me wrong. But you can forget it if you need help with your account. My phone conversation has been with a pre recorded operator only and I can’t get ahold of an actual person. For starters, I wouldn’t have to do that if you guys would literally not be cheap and try to charge me more for my subscription while I’m trying to change my payment method. I signed up for $3.22/mo for a year after my free trial. You’re still trying to charge my old card ONCE EVERY HOUR. And I can’t change my payment method without going back to the original $8.99/mo? Don’t go back on your word with subscriptions, that’s how you lose subscribers. 🙄🙄 unacceptable. EDIT: got ahold of a real person after holding for 20 minutes, that CONFIRMED what I was paying ($3.22/mo) and he said “there’s nothing we can do on this end.” Customer service is supposed to help, not keep me in my same situation.
  • The app has not worked for months

    I miss my starz content. It says it can’t connect to the internet — no matter what I try it always sends me this error message — wifi, 5g, uninstall, reinstall, new phone … still the app doesn’t work. Such a bummer.

  • Can’t watch in true full screen

    Stuck with date/time and WiFi/battery on iPad because the app, which plays movies, can’t go full screen. This is pretty dumb and not something I’ve seen any other streaming app screw up. Please fix this, it’s super annoying.

    Why does this app offer a “login with your provider” when it doesn’t seem to support any. Not YouTube Tv, Hulu, Verizon, Comcast/Xfinity, fubotv. Absolutely pointless to offer that if it doesn’t work.

    Be careful they don’t give refunds for nothing I didn’t get the account or make the password for the account after the purchase it dashboarded and went away and didn’t sign me in or anything

    What happened to the continue watching list? Just disappeared and when it was there it worked for a while then stopped. Very frustrating having to remember and or fine where you left off in a show. I contacted them before and was told to sign out of app , delete app, power off phone , restart phone, reinstall app and sign on. I did that and it worked for a bit and now not only has it stopped again but the continue watching list isn’t even there. I like the shows that are on here but this is very frustrating and I shouldn’t have to keep doing the procedure.

  • App not working

    Over the past two years I was able to use the app with no problem using my provider. Well I’m the last few weeks I tried to use the app to watch my show and is not working. I tried to uninstalling it and reinstalling it. I also tried to dig out on my phone and signed back in and I keep getting the same error that my provider is not allowed. I use directv as my provider and never had a issue in the past. Can you please tell me what to do next? Thank you
