  • Get kicked off back to home

    I always get kicked off back to home in the middle of the video. I have a strong signal from my router with a 660 mbps speed. Not much other devices accessing our wifi. I’ve uninstalled and installed the app just in case. What’s happening this is really frustrating.

    The app needs some improvement when I play episodes through chromecast always goes through google background screen, but when playing live tfc works. I can’t play episodes or movies through chromecast, please fix this problem so I can watch episodes, movies and live tv through my chromecast.

  • I don’t understand why there isn’t an Apple TV App

    I want to watch the shows on my TV and the best fix it has is casting from your phone. Quite disappointed. I’ve been watching shows from my iPhone/iPad for the longest hoping they would actually update the app to actually work on apple TV and such but still no dice. Is it cause y’all need us to subscribe through a provider for that? What a letdown

    Whoever’s in charge of your latest UPDATE should get fired, walang kwenta update nyo, walang sorting ng chapter/episodes, ang probinsyano has 1500+ episodes, so everytime we want to watch e we have to scroll from 1 thru the latest release? My support nga, di naman makapag bigay ng useable tip, tangnang app yan.

    I am trying to watch my favorite tv series and movies but don’t have the English subtitles to understand what that actors are saying. Please fix this for Filipino lovers in the United States. Thank you. I don’t have an option to turn on the subtitles when watching those shows.
  • Worst. Update. Ever.

    What happened? Did your developers even pilot this update before releasing it to production? Speaking as a software developer myself this update has some serious usability issues. It doesn't even remember where I was in the series I follow. And now I'm expected to scroll through 1,500 episodes of Ang Probinsyano to get to the latest one? Without a sort, without even season grouping? Whatever manager approved this release should be removed from their position. Customer service is a joke. Three days and nothing. Update: Was given a useless reply by the developer. This issue isn't covered in the FAQ and they know it. Fix. Your. Software.
