    Nothing loads and then it kicked me out and won't let me back in or reset my password. Awful experience and there is ZERO help from paramount or the developer. Basically stealing my money because I cannot use my subscription and it won't let me do anything.

    More and more ads. App constantly locks up from all the ads loading. Canceled my subscription.

    When choosing which streaming services to retain, or to unsubscribe, ethical streaming services make their unsubscribe UI/instructions clear. Not so and NOT APPROPRIATE or appreciated Paramount. Awesome shows, but get your ethics on the side of consumers, not shareholders. It’s illegal to hide or not offer an appropriately VISIBLE unsubscribe choice.

  • Unreliable!!!!

    I have not been able to watch paramount plus for three days! I keep getting error code 6000. I have cleared the cache, deleted and reinstalled and nothing. This is common occurrence! I love the app but am considering canceling it because it is so unreliable and I am tired of paying for something I can’t use! They have no support that I am able to find. There is no communication. No compensation for the days I am paying for but not having service.

    I am enjoying the selections, the peace and quite of my home. I was surprised at how comfortable the picking of what I want to watch is there’s no pushy advertisement or commercials popping in the program. Thanks Paramont,🤓

  • Good app but sometimes a bit quirky.

    Sometimes the app does not work properly on my MacBookAir 2024 (M3 chip) but works perfectly on my iPadPro(M4 chip). The Mac app will show an error message that it cannot open because it is not a secure server. I have tried everything but the problem comes and goes and never did this before.
