    Just says oops try again in a few minutes and won’t let me order. When I go to the window and order there it’s twice as much. I think they just want me to give them more money.

    Invalid payment method, can’t pay in any form. Cant even pay online via web. Can’t even login because it sends an email rather than just letting you login. Can’t access my personal email because I’m at work, so I have to use my phone, which results in yet again an invalid payment method. Horrific design.

    It does nothing to make sure you’re ordering from the right Taco Bell and if you accidentally order from a different Taco Bell, there is no way to cancel your order or get reimbursed for food that you never received

    App said 3 working payment methods were invalid, no troubleshooting worked, support ticket required order details for an order I couldn’t even place, store employees couldn’t do anything to help (not their fault), had to pay 2x as much as if I had been able to use the app + couldn’t get what I wanted & couldn’t redeem rewards. Terrible experience from a billion dollar company, would give 0 stars if I could, do better.

    App works and everything, but there are countless ads on different apps that advertise a free 5 layer burrito for new members. I was excited to try it out but after creating an account, there was nothing free

    Glitches frequently and 2 times the Tuesday drop give a code and then would not let me add the item to my order. Don’t recognize item? Games are common..

    Can’t login with Apple for some reason. I go through the Sign in with Apple flow and get dropped back on a web page with the Taco Bell logo that reads “Sign In with Apple” but now there’s no button to sign in. I’ve been unable to login for a few weeks now. Latest update from 22 hours ago made no difference.
