  • Only good for drive thru

    Because they hate delivery drivers and assume everyone who orders in is a delivery, going into the dining room averages a 40 minute wait. Not just one, but three different Taco Bells. So you can’t go in, you have to take a gamble that they didn’t make to many mistakes on your order in the drive thru. They haven’t got that came out right in a while, some mistakes worse than others. Sometimes it’s they gave you the wrong drink, sometimes they put on a sauce you asked to not be on the item. A quarter of the time, they forget entire items

  • Charged for orders, never received confirmation or food

    Please don’t use this app to order your food! Go irl or use a third party app that will actually work and not just charge your card for no reason. Placed an order on the app, it charged my card, never received confirmation so we tried again, no confirmation but charged the card. So now, Taco Bell has charged me twice with no order confirmation and the store said they never received my order.

  • Keeps saying invalid payment

    Have tried multiple cards and yet each time it say invalid payment, happened a few updates ago and won’t correct since. Can’t use point and it’s extremely frustrating trying to workout.

    The delivery driver left the food at an unknown location. The customer support through Taco Bell is nonexistent. They did not even respond to my submission. Will not use this app again.

    If I change pickup location when ordering, I have to check my cart because 9/10 times something in my cart was deleted. My cravings box- I can’t select regular Baja blast When I click on previous orders button an error notification pops up

    Since the update, my added debit/credit cards do not work. Also, you can not add all of the options available if you order directly at a store.
