Best find since the days of AmLoan. Copyright 2004-2012 by Paranzasoft. Was 32 bit and as such needed update and they disappeared. Last version was 1.9.3 Used to check what private parties provided to keep the loan payment records accurate. Settled balance due disputs and corrected payment amounts.

This is a great app to figure out mortgage and loan amounts and how much you'll save by larger payments, etc.

This app does not calculate loan repayments other than on a regular repayment basis. I need an app that will recalculate the remaining balance with each payment on the date received and amount paid, whether greater or less than the agreed to repayment plan. I paid $20 for an app that doesn't do any more than a $1 app. Also I can't find 'help' that will address my questions on a one to one basis. Am I missing something?
