New app is easy to use and very reliable.

All of a sudden e-edition app or website does not work. Kicks me back to app page. Called customer service (several times), changed password, still doesn’t work. They claim they can sign in and it works. Deleted and reinstalled app, still doesn’t work. No one can tell me why after several years we are having problems. UGH! guess I will have to read paper copy, which doesn’t work when you are out of town. One of the few media sources I read. Help!

First I will say that we really enjoy the Cherokee Tribune news and social media posts. But...The app is really bad, deleting right after downloading. Can’t even make it pass the ads to get to the login screen.

I just subscribed and it doesn’t work at all..........

App is not allowing me to delete.

It takes this app forever to open. I have complained to the paper but they do not seem interested. They need to invest in better technology!

Downloaded the app, jump thru the hoops and getting nowhere. Do I have to uninstall?
