  • HORRIBLE AIRLINE SERVICE

    I had a piece of metal in my meal onboard Korean Airline flight 36 on April 10 2024. I was taking a holiday to celebrate my birthday and the airline failed. They served me metal in my food that broken several crowns and I ended up swallow it. I had to run into the bathroom to go it up the metal so it didn’t cause a blockage or perforation in my intestines or bowel. Which could have been fatal. The airlines nonchalant attitude could have killed me. The airline sent me an email stating they MAY or may NOT pay for the damages. I wasn’t even offered a complimentary upgrade or anything. NEVER FLY KOREAN AIRLINE, or do so at your own risk. I will be speaking with an attorney when I get back to the states. This just isn’t right!

    My Expedia hotel reservation was not found while checking in by front desk which made my experience very frustrating. Front desk was able to locate a room at an affiliated hotel for us. I will think twice before going through Expedia again.

    We really enjoyed our chalet, it was immaculate, comfortable, with beautiful view. Jane was nice and gave us a warm welcome. Highly recommended stay.

    This App has given me so much trouble tried to book a trip and it kept telling me no matter how many times I changed the flight the fare wasn’t available to change it. Finally I changed the whole destination and American Airlines triple charged me keeping me from booking my hotel and flight home. COMPLETE DISAPPOINTMENT

    The place was amazing perfect for my stay. It made the perfect intro to doing sound healing event’s in town near balboa park, the room was very spacious made the stay that more enjoyable, parking was good, that have a parking in garage option, coffee, tea etc.. I want to definitely keep this place on favorites..

    Very horrible customer service agents do not give calls when requested and basically are uneducated on refund policies . I was given 3 completely different answers on my refund by 3 different agents and one of them basically lied to me as they insisted and I have photos of our conversation of the Expedia agent telling me to call British airways that they have a credit for me under my name yet the two times I spoke with British airways they said they refunded Expedia and Expedia needs to refund me so on my 2,000 $ ticket I am left so far dry with no refund for my return leg which I could not take and I am going nuts because hate Expedia customer agents only chat and when I ask for a phone call I get nothing and they give me wrong answers as well . I need a lawyer
