  • Doesn't Work - waste of time

I installed the clock, set the time for NY. At boot up, the clock either doesn't appear on the task bar or always reverts to another unwanted time zone. It also does not keep current on the task bar. I bought a physical clock instead. Need my money back. BEWARE!
  • CPU Hungry

This app works extremely well, even though you can't resize anything. But the main drawback is the amount of CPU it utilizes. If you install it on a laptop, watch your battery go quickly, along with the CPU. I ran the Activity Monitor and was floored by the amount of data it uses while just sitting there running. It's only a clock, and it should not use that much of the CPU. Fix that and it'll be great. In the meantime, only 2 stars, and that's being very generous.

Previous Review: It starts on Lion and the time shown is correct, but within a second or two it crashes. It's not stable and crashes every time within seconds of opening. I hope this bug gets fixed because right now this is certainly not desserving of $2 or anything until this gets resolved. Don't Buy, until next update at least. You have been warned. LOOK!!!!New Review-----> UPDATE::::: Since Lion received a few updates recently I figured I'd try this app out again and it now works! I haven't noticed any crashing with it open either! I'm pretty happy to see this working and it looks like it was an issue linked to the original release of Lion. Try it out, it's now safe to do so. If any issues come up I'll post a new update!

Doesn't work, I'm running Lion and the time is 7 hours off and I can't select time zones - useless
  • Not Working with Lion OS X

I absolutely loved this little clock until… I updated to LION OS X today. After the update, which this little Mach Clock apparently is not compatible with, the times are all wrong, and one can no longer change the time zone. So then, it has lost functionality due to the update to LION. I hope the producer corrects this compatibility issue.
  • Great Idea!

I love both the idea of this app and the iconography design, but I'm forced to give it a bad raiting; I've never been able to get the app to work.

Pros: Gives you both analog and digital clocks. Cons: Doesn't search for cities, you have to scroll through the list of time zones. Can't change the number of clocks, it's fixed at 5. Can't select analog/digital for individual clocks.

Nice looking. Easy to set up the five possible clocks. But: missing the option between 12 and 24 hours, missing many cities in America and around the world. Also I personnaly need more that five clocks. I hope that some futur upgrades will increase options. In comparison with some other world clocks app for the same price but offering more, this one is too expensive.
