  • Used to be one of my favorite apps

    This used to be one of my most used apps. The menu bar calendar that _should_ have come with MacOS. Unfortunately the most recent update is 3 years ago. I tried to install it on my M2 Macbook air (with rosetta) and it started once but then disappeared from the menu bar. I've seen this behavior before on my old previous intel macbook air; I think this one's dead for now. Dear Developer, please come back!

    I really love to have this app, it help me a lot, very convinient to have your schedule at just one click in a very good size! If you click in one of your activities it will be open the Calendar and you can make changes or add more activities, but if you only what to check something quickly without open the full calendar, this is an excellent option.

    Everything works great on the Calendar app, but I cannot get a code from Qbix to upgrade to have all the features work. I paid thru Apple's iTunes but Qbix has not sent me the code to access all features. So for now, I'm giving the Calendar app 4 stars...when I get the code for all features, I'll upgrade that to 5 stars.

    I am relatively new to a Mac and this is the exact Calendar I needed for my Menu Bar -- and it pairs great with the MacOS Calendar to enter events. I have mine set to view two days events at once which is great so as not to have to load the full calendar.

    It compact & readily available to do a check of 'upcoming'. I've read some of the 'complaints' about it's features. Some complainers should have just gone thru the preferences. It's not a replacement for OS calendar. It's like a quick, compact tool to reference the OS Calendar.

    I used this app for a while but when I updated to macOS catalina, the app asked access to my contacts, when I declined it just wouldn't launch (seems like contacts access is mandatory). Unfortunate.
