  • Great app, wish controls were better

Lots of great customization as a white noise app — wish the controls tied into the more native Mac controls so I could stop/start the noise with the play/pause buttons and have it auto-pause the noise when I remove my AirPods.

This White Noise app is great--I've literally been using it for at least 8 years. I have it on my phone and on my laptop and on my desktop. I love creating custom mixes to help me concentrate. My favorite right now is brown noise grandfather clock white noise. You can custom adjust all the levels of the different sounds and there are no audible loops! So awesome! Thanks for making a great app :)

I really love this app for its wide library of sounds, and its ease of use. Helps me focus on my work, or go to sleep in a busy hotel.

HD Macbook Pro 16" M1. In the current career, needed a way to help focus while writing. Rediscovered White Noise. It's on the Mac M1 chips!. Worth creating an account on their whitenoisemarket site -- fabulous add on loops. Favs currently are Snowy Maple Farm Fire and idling Tractor, Windy Everglades Reeds, Cozy Fire and Typewriter. Makes the one time cost so much more valuable to me. The HD loops sound fabulous on the Macbook Pro stereo speakers. Focus with one loop, take a break with another loop -- much better for me than a pomodoro type app. On the wish list: can the playlist be set to play each loop once instead of the default 10 minutes on each loop? Save multiple play lists? Thanks for porting to Mac M1!

I have the White Noise app both on my Mac Oro and Ipad Pro. Can't get any sound from app on computer, works fine on tablet. Will follow up with Apple tomorrow.

I love the brown noise and pink noise presets. They help me completely drown out conversaations in my open office floorpan workplace.

The best keeps getting better and the new sounds are much higher quality in this version and the new interface is very polished. It’s also nice you can download lots of additional sounds for free. Thanks!
  • Was good but…

The latest version shuts down my Mac after a few hours. I don’t have my computer set up to do this and I don’t have any settings, that I can find, set up to do that in the program. What’s up with that?
  • Like the app, but...

As others have commented, there is an advertisement for new sounds that appears EVERY SINGLE DAY. I’ve paid for this app and shouldn’t have to endure that. Bad form, TMSOFT.
  • Keeps bugging with ad on startup; sound mixing capability is good

It is really annoying that the app keeps showing an ad on startup, nagging me to buy a new sound, just when I want to concentrate. I’d like it much better if they kept the market in the menu and not showed the popup, so that I can buy one if I want one. For now I’m angry about the market so I feel like I would deliberately avoid buying any sound even if I wanted one.
