    The filter to view Top Posts and recent posts has changed. The filter is now “Recent Top Posts” and the new posts are are no longer at the top. The new filter change is redundant. Please add back the “Recent Post” filter

  • Always glitching no matter what, not worth it anymore

    There is always something wrong with app every time I open it. Either it shows me that I have notifications when I don’t, or it doesn't load anything. The most recent problem I've had is it will show my profile as incomplete and prompts me to complete steps to set up my profile, which has been completed for like 6 years. All the updates Meta has been doing has finally ruined what used to be a cool social platform. Not even worth it to have it downloaded on my phone anymore because it never works and I can't even enjoy using it. Terrible UX design, go back to your hole Meta.

    What gives with the constant error “unable to refresh “? I’ve done every suggestion given to fix the issue with no luck. App is worthless currently.

    This app used to be pretty good until they made the dumbest update of all time. They removed the ability to see recent posts for all hashtags. Instead, they replaced this with “recent top posts”. These are the EXACT same posts that are already in the “top posts” category except in a different order. It’s now impossible to find new content by smaller accounts. Now we are force fed content by the same large accounts. We can only see the same posts over and over again. The little guy has been wiped out completely. There is no way to find posts by smaller accounts in a hashtag if you aren’t following them. This is absolutely the dumbest update I have ever seen for an app. It essentially ruined it. I can’t think of even one good reason why they would change this.

    Update: IG was stuck for 24 hours on 10 posts. I uninstalled and reinstalled and now it’s all black. Garbage There is always something wrong. Whether it’s my app or someone I follow who can’t post.
