    This still hasn’t been fixed after adding items to scan and go you can’t check out because the checkout button doesn’t work. Not sure if it’s because the phone gets locked, not keeping the phone open the whole time, but have to force close the app and reopen it to check out. Already deleted and reinstalled same thing.

    I love my Sam’s in Bossier City. The only complaint I have is, there is no manual wheelchairs in the store. Only motorized ones. I have a special needs daughter that can’t walk very far. The last wheelchair that was there, was so worn out, it wasn’t safe. I would love to see some new ones in the store. Thank you, Deborah Garrison

    Please I beg you please don’t ever stop this self checkout app. It’s every. Keep making it better. Now that you all decided to employee less employees (ridiculous) the checkout lanes are out the door. Just horrible and those self checkout machines are a joke!

  • Help while in the store

    I went to Sam’s Club in Winston Salem on Summit Boulevard yesterday to look at the 6’ x 4’ garden shed. A really helpful employee wearing a Vietnam veteran hat showed me the one that was put together that was outside and walked me through the process of purchasing the shed. He was extremely polite, helpful, and I appreciate his help. It was just what I needed.
