  • Can’t track added sugars / other nutrients

Your customers/users have been asking for a way to track added sugars for nearly a decade and MFP STILL hasn’t incorporated it, which is insanely frustrating. There is also no ability to select to track other essential nutrients beyond the few that are default. Thus used to be a great app, but has lagged behind in development in so many ways.
  • This is a very comprehensive tool!

I have used MFP for years and watched it improve. At the beginning the food tracking tool was pretty sparse, however now it is vast! I live out of the US for half the year and travel extensively…. I am always delighted to scan a food product in a foreign country and have the info come up! Great coverage!
  • Connectivity nightmare

Cant connect my Garmin watch. Makes it so inconvenient to use that its better to just use a competitor's app.
  • Made useless through pop up ads

This used to be a great app. Fast, quick to load, a comprehensive food library. Over the last few years as they loaded it with ads, it’s slowed down. Now they’ve added pop up videos ads that leave the screen black for 5-10 seconds, and it often crashes the app. It’s a shame when good apps are made bad through bad development decisions.

Free version of the app is way to simple and gives practically no reason to use the app vs using a notes app. The paid version seems fine? I’m not paying for it though. I wish there was just some ads and free version got more stuff.

You know is good, but pricy
  • Latest Update - food logging page hard to use

Re: Food logging main page - notice there are no screenshots in the App Store of this page. That’s because it’s so bad now. This is a good app. But the latest updates push so hard towards buying the premium version that the food logging “home screen” is almost unusable - with less than half available to see the old food logging page. 1/3 of the screen is taken up by fixed headings and footers. 1/4 of the screen is taken up by a place for an ad that never moves. (the ad doesn’t move as you scroll). Is the paid version better? It’s probably time for me to pay for this.

Love the app. Lots off information and might be worth the $19 if you use everything I use only calorie counter to log my food I wish there were a less expensive alternative plan for limited use

i use this app everyday & have for the last couple months. It makes calorie tracking, active calories burned & ensuring a deficit very practical! However, as of the last few days every time I open the app it is prompting me to sign in again ): I have a lot of data on there I want to keep & continue, but it’s starting to get annoying! Please help!!!

This is a great app that makes logging your meals and snacks Very easy. I’ve tried all different different ways to lose weight but counting calories is guaranteed to work. If you eat less than you burn every day, you will lose weight. The tracker helps to keep your boundaries close and visible. Plus this app gives you all kinds of additional information that helps with other areas such as diabetes and cholesterol. I would highly recommend for anyone who wants to lose weight, but doesn’t want to drastically change how they’re eating.
