We’ve also introduced some new features as part of your Plus plan: Dropbox Passwords to store and sync passwords across all your devices and Dropbox Vault to secure and organize your most sensitive documents. And with Dropbox Rewind, you can roll back any file, folder, or your entire account, up to 30 days. Existing Plus customers can upgrade to Dropbox Professional. With 3 TB (3,000GB), you can store all your stuff—from work projects to personal photos—and have space to spare. You and your clients can comment on most file types without leaving Dropbox. And you can protect your work with a watermark, add shared link controls, or rewind your account up to 180 days. Before starting a trial or completing payment, you’ll see the plan price. This amount will be charged to your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase and on renewal and will vary by plan and country. Dropbox subscriptions renew monthly or yearly, depending on your plan. Your account will be charged for renewal 24 hours before the end of your current billing period. To avoid auto-renewal, turn it off in at least 24 hours before your subscription renews. You can turn off auto-renewal anytime from your iTunes account settings. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase. • Tries to force you to use camera uploads

    By linuxdancer
The alert bell stays lit stating that camera uploads are turned off. This is the way I want it configured yet there not way to turn the alert off. I use another app to back up my photos. Annoying that there is no way to turn this alert off permanently (at least that I could find).
  • Notifications

Can’t mark notifications as read or delete them. Frustrating to have the red notification remain on the app.
  • Recent app updates make app feel slow

    By Pxhu
In recent app updates, the UI has been nicely refreshed but the app feels considerably slower. It’s not just heavy features like the scanner but even just renaming files feels like there is poor performance. I can’t give 5 stars until the app performance is more in line with where it used to be, and with other apps.

They charge you without warning and make customer service impossible to speak with so that they don’t have to refund you.
  • Usually 5 stars

I’m ocd. My notifications will not clear. I had to hide the app in a folder cuz it makes my eye twitch. I open it. Still “unread”. I mark as read. “Unread”. Sick of that stupid red dot on my icon glaring at me. Either get rid of that feature (I never care about them) or make it work. Please. Driving me crazy.
  • Media playback no longer works

    By jasonrkillian
Great app, but all the sudden I’m no longer able to play media file previews in the background. Playback stops the second I switch apps or my phone goes to sleep. Something changed in the past 2 days that’s causing this.
  • Notifications won’t clear

    By DyThMa
Notifications will not clear. Even after marking them “read.” I’m sure it’s just a bug that needs to be fixed. I’m just anal about notification bubbles on my phone so that’s why I’m writing this review. Otherwise, Dropbox rocks.
  • Notifications

Notifications on app will not go away despite me clicking on them. I’ve gone to my mailbox in the app and hit “mark all as read” several times and it’s still Showing I have 2 notifications. I don’t know how to get rid of them
  • Great app to the great cloud service

But notifications do go away after I read it. Choosing mark all read does not help either
  • An insult to my iPad Pro

I love Dropbox so I'm surprised to be writing this but I feel compelled to cause it's kind of bad and I hope it is improved in the future. There is no way to do any sort of advanced search beyond names. Dragging a folder from the files app into the Dropbox app results in it uploading as an unknown file type. Maybe it's ZIP? I have no way of checking the file type, it just has a preview of a horse illustration. I did this because using the files app resulted in a file couldn't be copied error. There's no easy way to find the path of a file that you found in search. There's also no column view so I am instantly lost in a complex folder structure like the one at the company I'm contracting for. This basically has no power-user features in my opinion and is about as good as using Dropbox in Safari.
