I purcharsed this app to proofread several of my reports. No probkens so far, but will be back at the website to request a refund for this grammar checker if I run into some later on.. i have found that the items that need moving get moving while the ones that require more thought anfd insight are emailed into going to my home in H.B. I am holding my breath on this one as I want to submit a report on this app when it is fully set up and working for my purposes and requirements.

I can't believe how many times I try to log into a site and I can't until I disable this plugin. I really want to like this so that I can feel like I get more value from my Dropbox subscription but it is really ahrd when it prevents me from logging in and it still doesn't support 2FA.

The browser version is a mess. Can't access what I need when I need it. Complicates something that should have been easy. Now I'm gonna change all my passwords, go to another system. Trust me, leave this alone. It's a mess.
  • Original app was good, but the browser version is awful

The original app that they released lacked features of more mature programs, but it's integration with browsers and phones worked. The new browser-only version is a pain to use at the best of times and doesn't work properly in Safari. If you haven't invested time converting passwords to this program: Don't.
  • This used to be a good app -- no more

I'd give it zero stars if I could. It no longer works, at all, on my MacBook Pro. I spent weeks entering data and setting this up, and now it doesn't work-- and Dropbox could care less. Caveat emptor: Buyer beware. Do not invest time or energy in this app. It is not properly supported.

They have the worst tech support in the worlld. I have been trying to get support for weeks. Nothing but excuses. "Sorry, we've been busy with other clients." No tech support, period.

Loved the app until I updated my Mac to Big Sur (OS 11.6) Now the DB Passwords extension won't show up in Safari. Please fix!!
