Features like Dropbox Spaces, starred content, offline access, and a doc scanner make collaborating with others simple. Features: • Dropbox Spaces brings context to your work with an overview of folder descriptions, to-dos, and important pinned files. • Work with your Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint files, and Dropbox Paper docs. • Offline access to get to your most important files, even without connectivity. • A document scanner to turn receipts, documents, whiteboards, and notes into PDFs. Sign up now for your free Dropbox Plus trial. You'll have room for all your files, and space to spare, with 2,000 GB of storage. Our latest sync technology can automatically move stale items off your computer and to the cloud. And Dropbox Rewind lets you roll back any file, folder, or your entire account, up to 30 days. Or, existing Plus customers can upgrade to Dropbox Professional. With 3 TB (3,000GB), you can store all your stuff—from work projects to personal photos—and have space to spare. You and your clients can comment on most file types without leaving Dropbox. And you can protect your work with a watermark, add shared link controls, or rewind your account up to 180 days. Before starting a trial or completing payment, you’ll see the plan price. This amount will be charged to your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase and on renewal and will vary by plan and country. Dropbox subscriptions renew monthly or yearly, depending on your plan. Your account will charged for renewal 24 hours before the end of your current billing period. To avoid auto-renewal, turn it off in at least 24 hours before your subscription renews. You can turn off auto-renewal anytime time from your iTunes account settings. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase. • Crash!

Crash on iOS 12.4!!! Don’t OPEN this app
  • Wooo dark mode (sarcasm)

    By Waffles was taken
Dark mode is ridiculous. Can’t wait until ppl realize how hard light text on dark background is on the eyes...just like how ppl realized it in the 70s with mainframes, in the 80s with dos, in the 90s with dark background websites, in the mid 2000s with dark websites, in the mid 2010s with dark websites/apps, and hopefully in the 2020s with freaking vomit dark mode. Dark mode is horrible UI design.
  • Feature bloat

I have a 16gb 6s, and I cringe at the size that this app has grown to. Does it really need to be 208 mb??? How about trimming off some fluff? Dark Mode! Who cares! I suppose we’ll see ‘Mainframe Retro Green Screen’ next!!
  • All files lost and not given a refund

    By Tahisha
Edit: The company’s response is unacceptable to me, neither taking accountability for their lack of communication or defrauding me out of my money. I will never be using or recommending their services to anyone and with these business practices I am sure they will go out of business sooner rather than later! I found charges on a credit card statement that I thought had been cancelled going back two years with a monthly subscription to Dropbox. Because the account was linked to an old email address that I could not recover, I lost about a thousand photos of my family and travels. When I contacted Dropbox the agent I communicated with refused to speak with me on the phone, could not recover my photos, would not refund me the monthly subscription that I had been paying for this “service” unless I gave them my credit card number over email, AND would not let me speak to anyone else. If I could give zero stars I absolutely would, this is a horrible company. Google Drive is superior in every single way and I have never had a single issue with them!!
  • Dropbox and excel documents

    By TF phone
Although I love Dropbox it is very annoying that it will not read excel documents correctly. It scrambles the lines etc. After creating a table and putting it in dropbox, when you open to view it, it is scrambled up.

  • Good overall

Should have option to put longer than 4 digit app password. At least 6 - or even alphanumeric.
  • It has never once worked

    By Lord Jub-Jub
At no point in my having the app have I ever actually been able to use it. Files only ever take me to the App Store to download the app, which I’ve already done. I don’t even think I should give this one star since it’s about as useful as an orange peel
  • Paid user

I pay for Dropbox, been doing so for a few years, so I expect their app to work well. The company is always so late to include features and overall I am starting to get tired and considering moving to a different cloud service. I do most of my work in an iPad and the app still reloads every time you open it, making it very tedious to go back to the folder you were at. Additionally, there are many small annoyances like poor favourite (starred) implementation, lack of easy offline downloads of folders (where is smart sync for iPad?), etc. This makes the app very cumbersome to use.
