    This is okay as long as you don’t have a surgery for whatever reason. It doesn’t update prescription medication or circumstances, you have to do that yourself. Aside from those things, it’s pretty good.

  • There’s no icon to get support

    For days I’ve been trying to select my PCP but the app is in a perpetual loading screen. But everything works fine up until that moment. The App Store says to click the gear icon in the app to get support. But there isn’t a gear icon in the you section or anywhere in the app. There’s no way to fix the issue.

    This app only makes you sign up to get prompted to download another app that you have to download and create an account for. I cant access any information in the app because if you try to bypass the prompt to download another app, it signs you out. Does literally nothing the app claims

    The Well Being Tracker won’t record my entries. It’s costing my Billion Steps Challenge team because I can’t add my steps.

  • Poor choice of app to “upgrade” to

    The new app responds as if they hired a child to mimic the old app, but they just didn’t finish the job. Closes constantly. Will not let you complete tasks to earn credits. Cannot redeem credits as it says the website is compromised. A waste of money.

  • Sharecare locks me out

    The Sharecare app often will kick you out and no reason is given. When I tried to log in using the login and password it won’t take it then it tells you it is locked and you have to go through the password reset process. It is a real pain. If you have to reset passwords then you should get a message telling you to do so.
