After much troubleshooting I finally figured out why I can’t log into the app. My eero router was blocking the site as malicious or ads. 2 ways to fix the issue. 1: add wybotpool.com to your routers allow list. 2: temporarily turn off your PHONES WiFi and use your cellular connection to log into the app. You will still be able to connect to the robot via Bluetooth. I am now able to connect and change my robot settings. Original comment The latest version was automatically updated on my phone. I can no longer connect my Osprey pro. This means that I can no longer change the cleaning mode. It is stuck on floor only mode. Please fix the connection issue

Cannot get app to work. I can’t even register

Like everyone else the app DOES NOT WORK

Does not format correctly for a phone. Looks like only a tablet or computer. Makes use almost useless.

Please fix the app. I cannot login, register, nor use my robot.

At first the app downloaded just fine with no issue, and connected to the pool cleaner as described. A day later the app won’t load allow me to log in. Can’t log in through third party or by creating an account. I can’t change the pool cleaner program, schedule, cleaning pattern, or anything without the app. It renders the cleaner more or less useless. It’s a great piece of machinery with a terrible and useless app. I wouldn’t buy this product.

App is broken - can’t sign into a account

I knew I should’ve stuck to a pool vacuum that you had to plug-in at this point. I feel like it’s a waste of my money because you can’t get anybody on the phone nobody can fix it you can’t use your pool vacuum if you can’t login you can’t sign in. You can’t reset the password you can’t do anything and with summer upon us everybody wants to clean their pool, fix it!!!! and you can’t even submit a review because it makes you pick a nickname and all the nicknames are taken her you kidding me

App has no way to register so I registered at the website Now it says “user not found” No login means -Can’t select cleaning mode Might just box up and ship it back to Amazon
