    I am quite impressed with how well done this app is! Downloading and installing was quick and easy. Logging in was a snap by using my existing website login credentials.     I did not grow up in the age of laptops, so technology does not come naturally to me. Alabama Power has a simple, but efficient app. Good job as always, Alabama Power.

  • The new app issue vs old app

    I loved the way the old app worked and easily allowed me to use my debit card or Apple Pay card. Now, as of 03/09/2024, the new app said to use my debit card I had to go use the old app. I tried 3 times to use the old one and it didn’t work. I was forced to use my checking account to pay through the new app. I didn’t want to do that. Please fix it so your customers can use ONE SINGLE APP to pay from any type of payment method. Such a pain! Thanks.

    Still can not view account on apple iPhone or web browser!!!!!!!! Pulls up a blank white page on browsers, and freezes in the app. Apple desktop is the same way!

    Nothing on the app works, at least my doesn’t. When I log on it doesn’t tell me the total due all is states is “total due $” also says view bill underneath but that doesn’t work either. As i’m logged in, while in settings it tells me to add my account and when I attempt to add the account again it just loads forever bringing nothing up. Absolutely infuriating.
