    If you use this app and try to set Face ID it will not work. You will have to log in each time. It will open and scan then crash and make you sign in with ID and password. Easier to just use a computer. Georgia power even worse. Crazy how much money they make from us but can’t give us a working app.

    Some of the features need to be updated. When you try to see your bill , it’s not working properly at all. I have had to go back to the original site to get things done more efficiently.

    I am quite impressed with how well done this app is! Downloading and installing was quick and easy. Logging in was a snap by using my existing website login credentials. Paying my bill was a breeze using my existing checking account setup. Kudos to the developer(s) for a job well done and to the company for hiring qualified professionals to do it right!

    I did not grow up in the age of laptops, so technology does not come naturally to me. Alabama Power has a simple, but efficient app. Good job as always, Alabama Power.

  • The new app issue vs old app

    I loved the way the old app worked and easily allowed me to use my debit card or Apple Pay card. Now, as of 03/09/2024, the new app said to use my debit card I had to go use the old app. I tried 3 times to use the old one and it didn’t work. I was forced to use my checking account to pay through the new app. I didn’t want to do that. Please fix it so your customers can use ONE SINGLE APP to pay from any type of payment method. Such a pain! Thanks.

    Still can not view account on apple iPhone or web browser!!!!!!!! Pulls up a blank white page on browsers, and freezes in the app. Apple desktop is the same way!
