Milady Exam Prep

People have told me to get this book so I can pass my cosmetology exam and I accepted it. I downloaded the app which was $42 dollars. I purchased 1 time and they said that it was successful but I couldn’t open any of the chapters and I tried purchasing it again and again but it said that it went through but still didn’t get the chapters. So now $124 dollars is gone because I tried contacting Milady, Apple , and the bank and still nobody

I purchased your state board preparation course several months ago. I am encountering difficulties with accessing the apps practice sessions. Despite leaving voicemails throughout the month, I have yet to receive assistance. I kindly request a prompt response to address this matter.

Has all the needed information and you can even make your own tests on specific chapter questions. Haven’t taken my exam yet but I’m feeling more confident. Structurally though it’s not great, logs out way too much, the submit button on the tests is kinda annoying, and overall it could be formatted better. Still worth it though

This app is a really great tool for studying but it’s super frustrating having the giant submit button on the bottom of all the reviews and tests. I’ve had my reviews and chapters end because I accidentally touch my screen while trying to write something down and I can’t go back into them to finish or anything. The app in general just has a lot of glitches as well. I hope they’re fixed.

The material is great. I have no regrets about purchasing the material because I think it's really helping me prepare for my state exam. But the app is so frustrating. It logs you out too often. I was taking an exam and when I went to sublit my answers, it logged me out and didn't record my 99 QUESTION TEST 😅 Also when you log in there's so many steps to get to where you're going. I wish it would take me straight to my purchases. I do love how you can design your own tests with which chapters you'd like, how many questions, etc, but I see no way to delete or edit them once they are made. Also, I'm sure this will get better over time, but having more thorough explainations to wrong answers would be helpful. Giving the definition under the wrong answers would help learn about all four answer options under each question. I'd love to see this app get better over time, it's so great so far! Please fix the issues with all the logging in and out first. I'm so sad I finallly finished and it didn't record my ansers, I can't see any results or progress.

It may vary by state, but I passed both of my exams using only this app! I did some additional research on certain topics of course, but it’s been 4 years since I graduated school for Esthetics. This app completely prepared me for almost every question I got on my test. I definitely recommend, it worked great for me!

I had to purchase the cosmetology one to help me with exit exams at my school well now as a graduated student now preparing for state board I can’t access anything because it says I have no purchases and then when I click on purchase it says I already have!!!! Don’t waste your money!!!!

Zero customer service. U can’t reach anyone for help either they reach u back or respond ur call or email. The app is complicated after I purchased after a while it disappeared my purchased item from the app . I couldn’t find it at all I call for help but they not picking up their phone even do had to refund my money back and look for another good app.

Don’t buy this garbage. I paid months ago and they switched to this app is only in English and I paid for practice in Spanish and they do nothing about it when I made a claim 😡they don’t respond nothing
