    I like the app, but the customer service is nonexistent. I was an active participant in the discord server, won two contests in three weeks, suggested three improvements that are all going to be part of the next release, created several interesting styles that added to the capabilities of the app (for example, a glass and crystal style, since they do not use the glass and crystal LoRAs). And despite all that, I was kicked off of the discord server for life and without warning because a mod with the personality of a 12 year old child didn’t like something I said. I was having a conversation with two other adults at 3 AM. Of course, he only booted me, the women involved in the conversation were permitted to stay. This little boy is representing a company and using his mod abilities for power tripping. I told them I would stop being a paying customer if they did not let me back on the server, they refused, so I am no longer a paying customer. Also, they have owed me 1247 credits since April 14th and still have not issued them. I can’t say anything bad about the customer service, I can’t say anything about it at all. It does not exist. PS: Today, they told me that I will not get the 1247 credits return.

  • Very Fun - Really Needs to Work on AI’s Bias

    I really like the potential and have had a lot of fun using the app. Like any ai it takes quite a bit of time to get the hang of mastering the best way to create a prompt so I’m forgiving on that aspect, BUT the other tools in the app itself totally rely on trial and error as well to even figure out how to use them. I still haven’t figured out how to successfully retouch an image, and each time I make an attempt it costs a credit. I’m not sure if they do this to force you to spend more credits but I wish there were tutorials. Another issue I wish they’d work on is the AI’s bias towards fair skin and light eyes. Even if I feed the AI an image of a dark skinned person I get a fair skinned person back almost every time. Even specifying which skin color I’m shooting for in the prompt does not help the whitewashing sometimes. Again, if each attempt costs a credit I wish this bias wouldn’t waste my credits. Overall, I’m still willing to learn to use the app better and create more images because I’m having fun.

    This app presents itself as free and yes, you can download it for free… BUT in order to use it, you have to sign up for a subscription. So this is utterly useless. And an unacceptable waste of our time, and misleading. No more baited hooks! This is another example of why we need to get rid of capitalism once and for all! Shame on you! I want my ten minutes back that you wasted!

    Yes, please avoid this company. They are dodging my refund, and to mention it's expensive for what is free on many platforms. Just look a little harder, the results here are worse than the freebies and a year behind. I used most my credits on trying to get images that aren't Picasso paintings. Oh that's righ-credits, they limit you even after you purchase their 100 dollar package. That's bad business.

    I love this app. I use a variety of AI art/chat tools and platforms for a variety of reasons. And this is one is a keeper. Powerful AI image creation, adding new features all the time to keep up with/surpass its contemporaries. And the ads are less invasive than other free apps.

  • Another update, more bad decisions

    STOP ASKING ME TO TURN ON NOTIFICATIONS!!!!!!!!!!!!! Frankly you should be kicked out of the App Store if you don’t change how much it’s asking to turn on notifications. F—-ing stop. Also, why can’t I manually update seeds any more? It just reverts back to the seed I’m trying to modify. PLEASE FIX!!!

    Felt the need to write a review as I usually use the Bing AI image creator and wanted to try something new. This app is absolutely god awful and hardly follows my prompts. The images it puts together are random, uses the ugliest version of colors, and does not make cohesive or aesthetic images. 10/10 bad. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME

    I have been needing to contact support but the app shorts out when I try. Several of my shares on the app have been reported by someone when there is absolutely nothing offensive or anything wrong with them - according to the list of rules or otherwise. Also, the character counter has disappeared on my app. And when I try to look at the new creations in the styles- or any- it now won’t let me. Please help me! Mainly about the shares.
