    I payed for the membership and I can’t even use it. I Can’t even reach anyone. I tried emailing them and calling. No response…. Please don’t waste you time or money

    I’m a monthly subscriber that takes me to the initial login and it says I’m already subscriber but I can’t get into use the app what a joke

    Tried to buy a subscription, but it doesn’t work. Was not refunded my $25. Had to call my CC company for a charge back. DO NOT BUY!!!

    Never had a problem until now. I thought I suspended my membership but it went through anyways. When i go into the app to suspend it as soon as I do, the app closes, i try to relaunch it. It closes seconds upon opening every time i open the app. So now I am left without confirmation that my membership was suspended. Great!
