    I really like the pen so far, there are a few glitches that I am trying to work on but otherwise it is helpful. The only thing I would change would be to make it easier to sign in, which I haven’t been able to do so far. With that being said I plan to get a lot of use. Thank you

    Can’t send the verification code to the phone. Then, can’t register and can’t use this pen at all…

  • Trouble with App because it’s all in Chinese and can’t use pen

    I ordered the Youdao translation pen to learn Chinese and I can’t do anything because it says download the app but it is all in Chinese, which I can’t read. So I’m stuck with a useless pen and hard to find someone to get help from
