    For an app designed specifically to track fasting and eating periods, you’d think the clock function would be accurate. You are limited to preset times— if you want a 14/10 fasting to eating ratio, for example, you have to use your phone’s timer or stopwatch feature.

    If you really aren’t sure if you’re in an eating stage or fasting, don’t depend on the app’s clock! I know that my eating phase starts in 3 hours, but the app shows I’m still fasting for another 10 hours.

    The app does not look like the preview. Is not interactive. Kept reverting back to a different fasting time frame. Really just not very helpful.

    This app would be nice if if didn’t jump back to 13-11 or allowed me to set times when I want to start or end a fast manually.

    I keep changing my fasting time from 13/11 to 16/8 but it doesn’t save ad reverts back to 13/11.

    I want to fast 18:6 but the system reverts to 13:11. System needs to be fixed.

    Every single time you open the app it changes to one meal a day. Even though I keep setting it to 16:8. So when I log in to check the time - it is always incorrect and then an ad pops up and then I have to go back into settings to change from 23:1 to 16:8.

    I fast for my health not for weight loss. As someone who has fasted 24-72 hours a few times a year and fasts intermittently as often as I can, this app has been really helpful so far. It’s very motivating to see how long I’ve gone and how long I have to go. And to still feel like I achieved something even if I don’t fast as long as I set out to. I used to be hard on myself if I only went 30 hours instead of the planned 36 but this app shows me that I’m making progress and makes me want to fast more rather than giving up. Thank you!
