  • Advertisements promote fat shaming

    I came across an ad for this game while scrolling on youtube shorts. I was appalled at what I watched. It was fat-shaming. In the add, the arrow chooses to try giving the child a milk bottle instead of a book. The ad then cuts to the child grown-up, noticeably large, eating a slice of watermelon. Not only does the arrow click “try again”, but it also makes an “oof” sound effect and stretches the grown-up child’s stomach. This is portraying to young minds that it isn’t acceptable to be big, and that larger people are bad. As someone who has struggled with weight, I’m highly offended by this, and disgusted with the game developers for putting out this horrible advertisement.   • Takes Up Time But In A Fun Way

    I love this game. Incredible graphics and a unique storyline. I enjoy the events. Only downfall is that they keep merging servers so it's very hard to earn a title or get on the leaderboards which is disheartening.

    This game is the worse game out there. I got banned because I kicked someone off a table and she reported me and without any investigation they took her side because she spends more money than me. They favor the people that spend the most money! Im done playing that crappy cash driven game! Dont waste your time playing it. If you dont spend money, they don’t want you there.

  • Love the game but the support is frustrating

    After needing to switch phones, I have been unable to access my account which I have been building up for about 15 months now. When switching between androids, I didn’t have an issue but I recently switched to iPhone and it’s been a nightmare. Customer support takes 4-5 days to reply , and their is no notification at all, and they leave before you can reply . You then get placed at the bottom of the pile , and have to wait 4-5 more days , when they show up with new instructions etc . It’s very frustrating. KC are happy to take your money but don’t seem to care too much about their user’s experience and investment in the game.

    This is one of my favorite games and I have spent countless hours and days gaining status without spending money. Now, all of the sudden it refuses to load saying it has 267kb of data left to load. Talks about me clearing my iPad,etc, which is not the issue. Resolve please and since there is virtually no way to contact support outside of the game, a crap review is users only option.

    I had a $10 charge for the game and I hadn’t bought any packs. I got a refund through apple because the only “support” you can contact are veteran players and no one that has any authority over the game. I got a notice that if I don’t pay the $10 for things I never bought and items I never received (because, again, card was hacked), that I’ll be banned 👍🏻 Editing to say that I live the reply that has absolutely nothing to do with my review lol

    Overerall the game is fun and interesting since you can play with friends and other people. You don’t have to spend money, but to advance or win events you will need to spend money. Customer service is poor. If they double charge you, they won’t fix it and if you report it to your bank they disable your account. If there is a glitch and it causes you to loose resources they will not help. Basically you are on your own and have to eat any losses of resources or money. It’s why I gave 2 stars. Other than that game is fun to play. A lot of new events which are cool.

    This game is pay-to-win. The description is COMPLETELY misleading. They do not allow you to get a refund from Google or Apple without giving you a violation in the game - it’s bull, but they will ban you if you don’t repay. Their customer support is a joke and non-existent. My advice: skip it.
