Kegals work but the problem is remembering to do them. You can try to connect them to something you do every day (like get up in the morning) but habits are hard to establish. This app reminds you up to three times a day. It doesn’t nag but it does tell you that you need to get busy. I like that you set your own reminder times, and I like that you can set the app to “discreet” mode so that your Apple watch or screen says “breathe…relax” rather than “squeeze-relax” and I like that as you progress it will increase the challenge for you. I am very satisfied with this app and recommend it!
