Cotton Patch Cafe Ordering

Most times i order food is hot and delicious. Today was cold despite getting it picked up on time. Taste like food was pre made. I give it 2 stars today

I signed up and was not given the free side as advertised

Would like to see all of menu in the app if it's not already on it

Everytime I hit enter it said I could use time, went back picked the time on suggested went to pay and it didn’t let me have that time.

My husband and I were there a week ago on Saturday night about 7 pm. The 2 seating hostesses told us 25 minute wait. We were ok with that. We could see not very many people at the restaurant and assumed they were short staffed. We were seated at 7:30. The person behind us eating alone was seated shortly after us. The waiter came to wait on the table in front of us which we had not seen enter and assumed she had been seated before we arrived. He told her the kitchen was backed up and it may take awhile. She ordered. He then waited on the person seated after us. I counted 12 employees in Cotton Patch tshirts. I know not all could wait tables but we waited another 10 minutes without being acknowledged. We will not be back. We have been coming there from 75238 frequently the past year. Each time the service has gotten slightly worse. We left the Wylie location for the same reason. And while we we waiting 2 other sets of couples walked in and waited 2-3 minutes but no hostess ever greeted them so they all left.

I was very disappointed today because after waiting over an hour for our food they come to the table and say….we are out of baked potatoes and to top it off you are still paying the price of pork chops and you only get one now. I’m not a happy customer right now and will probably not be back and I love Cotton Patch but the last few times Rockwall location has been horrible.

Had no problems with the app. But EVERY time I order from the local Cotton Patch restaurant, they screw up the order. You’d think it’s pretty simple, select the menu item and pick up your order. Wrong! Those morons are guaranteed to leave something off and odds are you won’t discover this until you get home with the food.

Tried a new location (new to me) in Arlington and Colin and the folks up there fixed us up as the service was good and the food was delicious !! Thanks a bunch ! 👍🤨

I have been here several times. I have order the chicken fried steak before as well. This is the first time I’ve been here and it was not as good as the first time I order it. The breading/crust literally fell off the steak. It was kind of tough. The waiter we had was not to good either. We had to keep asking for drink refills. I had to remind him that he didn’t bring my salad and he says he forgot about it. We were the only table he was waiting on. It just seems like all restaurants are just not as good as before. Or maybe just the works. Do better is all I can say.

Only good for online orders shows in small print!!!
