    I tried to check this app out for Insulin Resistance, was told there would be a month free trial. Checked my subscription charges and was already charged $4.99 for the first month. Cancelled the subscription about 5 minutes later, on my apple subscription purchases it says I have access until March 28 and when I go back in the app it says I need to have a subscription. Haven’t even had a chance to experience the app. Buyer beware!

    This app is a time saver when planning healthy meals for a family. The ability to choose a week of meals based on my health needs and then create a shopping list after adjusting the serving sizes based on my family size is fantastic. The meals are simple and use ingredients that are easy to find. The colorful pictures make it easy for my kids to choose meals that they like as well.

    Overall this app is amazing. The app is a “one stop shop” meaning your recipes, meals you plan for the day and the shopping list for said meals are all in one location. Very beneficial and a lot of healthy foods.

    The app is fantastic! Very detail oriented, great picture display and the information is clear and precise about what the idea of the app is all about. I didn’t see any issues at this time. All in all the app is working just fine. The feature I liked most would be the suggestions of foods/recipes you can eat throughout the day. I love it! At this time I can’t think of what to add or subtract from this app. It’s fantastic! If I could use this app while being free of charge, I would. It’s of great use, so many recipes to look into when you’re insulin resistant and even when you’re not. I really like it!

    Infinite scrolling of high definition “foodtography” make this app seductive and enjoyable, as if Pinterest and the Food Network merged into one. With an abundance of smart and healthy recipes, to binge here is actually a good thing.

    I really think this app is pretty nice. They have plenty of options to choose from. The recipes seem pretty healthy. And I think some are unique. I found some carrot cake bites that really sounds delicious.

    Amazing healthy food app! There are many great features that I really like about this app. This app gives you many recipes from different cultures which are often made by chefs, health coaches, and doctors. You can add recipes to your calendar for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack. There are also side dishes, drinks and desserts. The cooking and preparation time for each recipe are well stated. Very detailed but simple and quick information about what ingredients were used and the directions to prepare the meal. Even tips and notes to every recipe are included. You have an option to edit the meal such as changing the day or time, and repeating the meal on a different day or many days. The app allows you to select how many people you will be serving. Foogal offers food for everyone and anyone who has a difficult time finding healthy food to eat. This app is great for those who have pre diabetes, type 1 or type 2 diabetes, want to lose weight and prevent disease from sugar intake. One of the meals that I would really LOVE to try is the “Tandoori-Style Chicken with Banana Raita.” Overall, it is a great app to live healthy and try new food!

    Since I’m very visual, the photos and layout are fantastic motivators when I’m meal planning. I like the calendar and how I can easily add recipes (with their pics!) to any day and mealtime of the week. Super convenient. The suggested side dishes are also really helpful for meal planning. There are some vegetarian options and I’m looking forward to more vegetarian and even vegan options as time goes on.
