    There is a problem with requested appointments. An error is displayed and no requested appointments are displayed. Dentrix tech support was contacted twice about this error. I was informed twice by the “foreign techs” that a senior technician will call me back. I have yet to be contacted by a senior technician to fix the issue. ?Is this what I am paying for??🤬

    Have made several calls to tech support about this issue and nothing has been done to fix it. The schedule downloads to the app ok, but it’s the only thing it does now. No two-way texts, no appointment requests, and definitely no appointment detail when clicking on individual appointment. Quite frankly, I expected better from this app.
