    Can’t change plans, can’t cancel plans!!! Why!? Because they don’t want you to leave and they “hope” you forget and eat bank acct. monthly.

    Unable to change plans. Even though I have vehicles added, they don’t show up in the drop-down when trying to buy a plan. Literally the two things I wanted to be able to do without talking to somebody who wants to upsell me all day.

    I put the wrong phone number in and no way to back that out of your registration. I guess I won’t be giving shiny shell my business. No way to back out it just wants to verify incorrect phone number.
