    This game is very fun to play. The whole idea of a murder mystery is very interesting. However, it takes 10 points of energy away for every choice you make and when you run out you either have to purchase energy or do interactive point achievements in game. Such bull. I don’t mind buying an energy pack every once in a while but you really only get 10 minutes of game time before you’re out of energy. Crazy to have such a beautiful game you can only play for 10 minutes every 2 days (yes that’s virtually how long it takes for the energy to be at full capacity).

    I hardly ever write a review, but felt compelled to warn players about this game. It’s sad too, because this game has potential to be a really great game. The storyline, graphics and puzzles are entertaining. However, no game is worth only being able to play 10 minutes tops before you run out of energy that then takes you at least 24 hours to get a full bar of only 200. If you want to continue to play you have to pay! It isn’t cheep either. Not only do you have to buy more energy if you want to play more than 10 min, their server lags a lot. I purchased extra energy, and because their server was experiencing issues, I got billed multiple times and never received the extra energy. When I contacted their “support team” all they kept saying was they have no hidden fees and then told me I should tell other people on my account to be careful and not make purchases. First of all, I am the only person on my account and nobody else makes transactions for this game or others but me! I literally had to contact my credit card company and stop payments. This so call support team only cares about making ridiculous excuses, (even after you show them proof) place blame on the customer like we don’t know what we are doing and taking your money! There are plenty of other great games out there that don’t try to rob you blind and truly care about correcting issues that arise. Trust me this company is not one of them! I’m sure to prove me right they will either not respond to this or give some bogus reply like they did in past reviews on ways you can “earn energy without paying” yeah barely! Don’t waste your time or your money!

    Ran into a glitch where it wouldn’t let me advance. Reached out to customer support. (That took forever to hear back from, I might add) They claimed to have fixed it, but that it might take me back a scene or two, which is fine. They also said that for my troubles that they’d given me a gift, which didn’t happen. It did, in fact, take me back to the previous check point. Again, that’s fine. Except it once again glitched and would not let me advance. On top of that; it will take the hint but not actually give me a hint. I’m deleting it, and not playing this game, nor any other from them ever again.

    Would be an awesome game but it requires too much energy for each task that it is either play for 5 min a day or purchase energy because it takes over a day to fully recharge

  • Voiceovers are not very good

    The game is fine, but the actress doing the voiceover for Karla sounds like a Valley girl. The others are not much better, kind of distracting. I was expecting the same quality voice work as in Murder in the Alps, which is more realistic and natural, and draws you into the story more.

    These games are amazing but the amount of energy needed to do basic things versus the refill Tim and amount makes me want to delete. I’ve bought energy and it lasts 10 minutes. I think the developers need to take note from other developers. I would spend $9.99 for a month of bonuses based on progress. It is incredibly frustrating.

    That the memory games requires 300 shards and that costs $14.99....Being a loyal and patient player means nothing, it's so messed up. We haven't gotten a new game, but some substitute that's worse than the actual, come on now, smh😩

  • Stop promoting memories exploration part of game!

    Has anyone been able to access the new memories part of the game? I have been trying for 2 months and get nothing! I wish I wish I could delete the game and start all over but I can’t and tech just ignores me! I played this after finishing current Alps level, loved the game but once I finished it I tried to access the new memories part, but the game freezes right after it loads and tells me I completed the current game and should try Memories! I can’t do anything even after deleting it and reloading. Numerous requests to tech support result in an email every 3 days thanking me for my patience! That was 4 months ago!

  • App doesn’t work anymore

    I used to love this game, and was practically at the end. Shortly after the memories update the app stopped opening. No matter what, it just will not let me actually get into the game. I haven’t played it for around a month, figuring it would be fixed by now. I just tried to open it again, and I still can’t play anything. The closest I can get is to the screen that says tap anywhere to play. As soon as I touch the screen, it goes dark and closes the app.
