  • Why do some people have no way to contact support IN THE APP?

    Some people do not have a chat icon or a button that says contact us, or any way at all to contact them in the app. I used to have this button because I was able to contact them last year when I had a question. I went round and round with support on this (I googled and found an email address). They basically said they can’t help me because I don’t have the button in the app. Nothing about why some people have it and some people don’t. Those of us without it are basically screwed if we have an issue. It’s an issue with their app—-Why don’t they care?! This is infuriating!!

    One is led to believe that the main gameplay involves rescuing the king from an assortment of dangerous ordeals. Nope. And prepare to be frustrated by the sudden realization that levels get harder and harder, only to beg you to “buy” more lives. If you’ve got money, this is your game. If you don’t, good luck.

    Way better than all the others and the coin packages are very worth it. The benefits of being in a team is by far better than the others. I look forward to having free time to play and keep my team on top! Love the competition and rewards for my greatness lol

    This game is fun! But when you purchase they over charge and charge your account without you purchasing! Be careful it’s a huge scam scam scam!!! Everybody that purchases look at your account after and see for yourself.

    After 4700 levels played I quit my Team and deleted App. When you reach higher levels the designers makes the higher levels impossible to complete without a purchase. They believe you are locked in and will not quit. It’s utterly sickening that you can spend 20.00 and play for 15 minutes. The Support Team says all levels can be completed without purchase. This is a Con and do not believe it. When you play the same level for 5 days and wind up spending money to complete the level this is normal at the higher Levels. Save your time and money and find another game to invest in.
