    I paid $23.99 for the trial then it automatically renewed for $59.99. I immediately contacted the company to let them know, this was a mistake and I didn’t consent to the fees. I was told I can’t get my money back because the cancellation request was received after the schedule recurring billing date. When I logged back in to the app, I was offered a $1.00 per month deal. I feel scammed

    This app was purchased on accident, and the company refused to issue a full refund. Even after minutes of realizing it was purchased, emailing customer service, they will not issue refund (only partial) For this alone I do not recommend this App. Really disappointing that customer service really has gone down hill.

    Wonderful! Love it and the constant notification on my screen helps with logging and staying on track! The only down side is the nutrition info- the concept of IF is not to count calories but a little more insight would be nice with regards to calories and macro nutrients. Maybe consider adding this as an option for those of us who want a few more details!

    Hi I started Simple back on January 23, 2022. In hopes that this would help me loose weight. I did it as a life style change. The first 3 months were tough. I started at 304, now today April 30, 2024 I weigh 171. Yes there were bumps and weight stalls. But using Simple I could adjust my eating window which best suited me. It took few month to figure my best options. With simple I can easily adjust and not feel bad . So there is no “ Oh I ate such and such now I have to start over. Not like that with Simple. I don’t take it as failure I just move my eating window. Good luck and stay Strong you got this. Oh Exercise even if walk to the mailbox back you must exercise everyday. I walked to mailbox, everyday and then a little more each time.

    Everything this app does you can do easily on your own. Save your money because if you don’t they’ll just bill you without warning even after opting not to auto renew. Spend your money on a real app like RP or even MFP

    I think the App Simple is helpful in tracking fasting time, making eating a mindful activity and increasing fluid intake. I like the short, concise articles posted that are research based. They provide some good information. The exercise portion gives good warm-up exercises and a guide for increasing your activity level. Right now I do wish that the meal recorder was linked to a full nutritional analysis. But just recording items you eat does make you more accountable. I did have trouble getting used to AI. It seem like it was always interrupting my day. We have now come to an understanding. And he does have some helpful information also. With all this said, I should say that I’ve always had a pretty healthy diet, exercised, and lead an active life. I am a 68 year old grandmother of six and my goal is to live long enough to see them all finish high school.
