    I loved this game but hate the ads. Purchased the ad free version. After an iPhone update I lost the ad free version. Tried to re download game but could not correct the issue. I contacted the company and they will not restore my purchase Bad or should I say ā€œNOā€ customer service.

    I purchased this app back in 2019, I know itā€™s been a while, but I bought it to NOT have to watch the adds. Itā€™s very disappointing they will no longer honor that purchase. Iā€™m not sure how to contact the company. None of the contact information on their web site is active. Is this a real company?

    They offered for me to pay to go ad-free, and then decided to not give that to me any more & couldnā€™t explain why. I can guess - they wanted to make more money by making me start watching ads again. I wonā€™t be playing this anymore.

    A recent update now pushes ads in between continues, which completely disrupts the flow and makes the game unplayable. I would be happy to pay for the removal of ads, but thatā€™s not an option.

    I updated the app today and the ads have returned. I paid for the ad free version. I will update my rating once this is fixed which I hope will be soon because I play this game every day.

  • Why are ads back when I purchased the no ads option

    A few years back I started playing this game and when it became my go to kill a few minutes game I opted to pay to have no ads all of a sudden Iā€™m getting ads again and there isnā€™t a restore purchases or anything like it to get rid of them again there isnā€™t even the no ads option to buy anymore truly disappointed
