  • Wow, a surprise hit!

    I went in knowing this was a gacha game but I read some other reviews that raved about this game so I gave it a shot. I’m several hours in and it is surprisingly good of a game. Notice I didn’t include the word ‘mobile’, because it plays like something from an era where developers/publishers actually took pride in their work. The story is pretty good, but the real star of the show is the writing of characters — their thoughts, dialogue, and development is where it’s at. This is what Japanese developers excel at, making characters feel varied and unique (albeit some ‘classic’ tropes are of course present). And the subquests can be pretty entertaining too, while maybe not as enthralling as say Witcher 3 side quests, the writing holds up and is by far better than most other mobile game quests/writing. What’s more, even though this is a gacha game, earning the gacha currency by playing is not hard or laborious and the pull rates seem fair. I am seriously considering spending money to support these kinds of developers. You should at the very least download Another Eden and give it a try!

  • Great game but lost my original account

    Been playing for about 4 to 5 years absolutely love the game, but whenever the updates happen it takes time for the company to straighten it out. On the update before Christmas that added the stellar update my account would not load and would show a error message. My game was saved to my google account so I deleted and reinstalled it, error code persisted. So I end up starting completely over, loosing all the work I put into it cause at the time I completed chapter 93 and most of the smaller sidequests. That also includes loosing the money I spent on getting a lot of my characters. That to the side I restarted the game from the beginning right now my my complaint is that trying to get into the dream to get more characters it keeps crashing. The last 3 days I’ve tried 10 out of 10 times it keeps crashing. And yes at other times it does crash after a few minutes but when you restart you can get through more of the story. Overall I still enjoy the game and will continue to play. Been a month since I posted on here been able to get through most of the game. Still not able to get any new characters because the gallery of dreams button still causes the game to crash. Tried deleting and reinstalling game, restarting iPad, internet connection was good( turned off all other internet using systems in house even my main computer), and a few other things to try to make it work. The rest of the game works for at least 4 to 5 minutes before crashing. Anytime I hit the dream button it immediately crashes.

    Another Eden is a great game, but recently I’ve been trying to play and whenever I get on it has to load something for me to play, but it is not loading at all and I cannot play. My WiFi is good and I tried using my 5G cellular data, it still didn’t work. Please fix this.

    I am a free to play player and have thus far thoroughly enjoyed this game. It has generous rewards for free players. The graphics are very good and the gameplay is classic rpg!!

    Another Eden is a thoroughly entertaining game for those who grew playing classic RPGs, with memorable characters and fantastically written music, which absolutely helps give dimension to the layered and dynamic storytelling at work here. Never taking itself too seriously, it’s a game that feels less like a mobile game and more like a GameBoy game you never knew existed, and need to play!

    Unoriginal and spoof a timeless classic. In the first hour of play it duplicates so many elements in the subject timeless classic that it even takes the story into the end times before traveling back to prehistoric times. Sound familiar? Wait until you hear the opening music.

  • Game has vast content, Just needs to fix crash issues

    1.Pros Has a variety of content, it couldn’t be monotonous, and the turn-based combat is such a thrill. The effort they put into the beautiful graphics, the plethora of stories, and their characters with unique and distinctive traits is simply splendid. There was never a dull moment when I played. 2.Issue/Con I only wish they would fix the crashing issues with the game that consist of people downloading the game, then when they open it and press either “download all” or “standard download” the game just crashes. The next crash that I’ve seen is the one where the downloading does finish and you can finally play, but once you play for a little, the game just crashes on itself(could be the user’s phone or the game itself). The last crash is where you finished the standard or full download, then when you press continue to start the game, it just crashes. Some people fixed the issue by clearing cache, reinstalling, trying to press continue in a different(because some people’s WiFi is already in mint condition)or better WiFi environment, etc. 3.Conclusion Unfortunately, my crash issue was the latter… So, I’m at a loss, as it was a truly mesmerizing game. I hope the devs read this well, and if they are diligent, I’m sure they’d try to find a solution or answer.
