  • Xchange between stores is confusing and there is no indication

    Xchange will list multiple stores available shifts which is confusing and it provides ZERO hint at what store the shift is at until it is approved by your asds. This NEEDS to be fixed. At least tell us what store the shift is at before we claim it.

  • Easy To Use And Handy To Have!

    Work Force is a great tool. It is easy to use and among the many uses of this tool, am able to see my work schedule for the next three weeks, when I have clocked in and out, and the number of hours I am working or have worked. This is a five star tool!

  • Reason for days off

    I don’t think the selections are adequate as the reasons are not sensible. There should be a selection of OTHER so it can be explained aside from the generic choices

    I like how i can do basically every employee action on this where other companies force you to look on their site or other apps (specifically me@walmart) but you guys gotta fix the system very rarely has something not broken on me and forced me to wait a minute, sign back in, or just come back later. Great app but can’t use it a lot of the time

    Sometimes we don’t need the entire day off. I suggest adding a feature that allows us to request: “ I have an appointment in the morning, can you schedule me to close this day”

    Ever since the latest update I cannot login to get my schedule or clock in or out. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling and updating the app, NOTHING IS WORKING TO FIX THIS ISSUE… Please fix this ASAP!!! Leigh03/16/24

  • Shifts don’t show on X change

    I have this problem all the time where the shifts I offer don’t come up so my coworkers can’t see it and can’t take it, vice versa. My coworkers shift wasn’t coming up on x change so I couldn’t take it from her. Please fix this.

  • Trouble with the app

    The app won’t let me in. I keep getting an error message that says my access is denied. It is hard to use if I can’t even get into the app.
